Fitbit ionic powering off when listening to music

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My fitbit Ionic(two years old) has been turning off when listening to music lately. I am using the Fitbit Flyer earphones and when i get to about 7km it just stops. First few times i didn't think to much off it but it's getting annoying now. Anyone got any ideas on what can be done? I have restarted it, removed and re-paired the earphones etc but nothing works!

@JohnC1979 Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for letting me know that your Ionic is turning off when you're exercising and listening to music.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. I would like you to let me know if your Ionic is crashing and therefore you're losing the exercise's data or if it's turning completing off and you have to press any button to get it back on.

Keep me posted!

Hi, it's turning off and saving the run data perfectly and then restarting itself so i don't need to do anything to it to turn it back on.
