Fitbit ionic randomly restarting

Ever since I did the upgrade to the OS2 my ionic just randomly restarts while I am in the middle of my selected workouts... Which is highly annoying and frustrating. 

Could this be a bug with the update? 

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Is there something I can do or check etc

Hi @Shàmai,

 

First, I would perform a restart on the tracker, three times in a row:

Restart Fitbit Tracker

 

If that doesn't fix it, I would probably go for a Factory Reset (Settings > About). Once the reset finishes, it will download the firmware update.

 

Try this and let us know if it fixes it. Also I'm moving this ttopic o the Ionic forum, where you'll get more answers. It was originally posed in the Android forum.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

Has anyone been successful at resolving this issue? I have done all steps within this thread and I am still getting the random restarts. It actually occurs more often after I have the done the factory reset.
