Best AnswerI tried this today and it worked...
1. Reset Ionic to factory settings (do in the watch not your phone)
2. Unpair your Ionic from everything
3. Delete Ionic from the FitBit app
4. Turn Bluetooth off
5. Restart your phone
6. Turn Bluetooth on
7. Add your Ionic back to the Fitbit App
8. It should update and you should be good to go
