My fit bit ionic keep asking for an upgrade to iOS and when I try the up grade it won't, I have been running this thing from last night and it still haven't upgrade more done anything since then

I am having the same issue and now my exercise shortcut on my Ionic does not work. Haven’t been able to record my workouts properly for almost 3 days...

I tried this today and it worked...
1. Reset Ionic to factory settings (do in the watch not your phone)
2. Unpair your Ionic from everything
3. Delete Ionic from the FitBit app
4. Turn Bluetooth off
5. Restart your phone
6. Turn Bluetooth on
7. Add your Ionic back to the Fitbit App
8. It should update and you should be good to go
