Fitbit ionic, what a disappointment

Had the ionic 7 months, worked okay for a while.  Then wont sync, wont download music.  Have spent many hours on phone with Fitbit troubleshooting trying to get pandora to download even up to doing factory reset.no fix exits, so tired of wasting hours and hours of troubleshooting.  Such a disappointment.

I would suspect that it won't download music if it won't sync. and would start with the sync problem .

I'm not sure what device you sync through, but then i'm also 'not sure if your asking for help or just venting.

Did you have the, unlock with phone, problem? Trying to find away to unlock my ionic.

Sorry @Kclark959 the Ionic can not be setup to be unlocked by the phone .

It can however be setup as a trusted device and if nearby will unlock the phone for you .However nearby can mean within 50 or more feet.
