Fitbit ionic won't sync, connect to phone

I've had this watch four days now, I've updated my iOS, the watch firmware, the app. I've checked all the settings, on day 1.it wouldn't connect at all then days 2 and 3 it worked as a blaze would (no notifications from apps and no apps would install properly then today it's stopped syncing altogether  - it won't connect to wifi either  - its driving me mad, can anyone help please

It's great to have you here @Juliesooty. Let me help you resolving the syncing issue you're having. I would like you to try this troubleshoot in order to properly sync your Ionic. 

 

- Are you receiving any error message? 

- What's the iOS device you're using?
