@-Steve- Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with Ionic not syncing or connecting.
Are you still experiencing the same? What kind/model of mobile device are you using?
If you are, I'd recommend following these syncing troubleshooting steps. Try them in the order given there for best results. That should certainly help you out with this.
Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes!

Hi I'm having this problem too since 21 April. Been trying to do all the things from the article mentioned but to no avail. I'm guessing my new LG V30+ is not compatible? Please come up with an update to resolve the issue. Thank you .

Thanks. This is now syncing to my phone. It must have been a software issue. The next morning all was working as it should again. My wife’s fitbit Verza was also playing no up so this might have been a common issue that day.

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with syncing on Ionic. Thanks for trying the steps provided on the article.
I was checking the list of supported devices and the LG V30+ is not showing there. This may be the source of the problems you are experiencing.
By any chance, can you try syncing with a different mobile device (supported) or a computer to check if Ionic will sync?
@-Steve- Thanks for your reply! I'm glad to hear that it is now syncing properly. I'm also glad to hear that your wife's Versa is also syncing properly.
Also, take a look at the Discussions Board as you will find a lot of interesting things there. Feel free to post on any thread you want. If you are looking for Fitbit friends to compete with on challenges, check this thread to add some!

My watch will not connect to the blue tooth on my phone? Or vise versa...
