Hi.  My Fitbit has been uncharged for a while. When I was abke to charge it states to unlock with my phone, however it is not pairing with my phone to let me unlock.  How do I solve this?  Thanks

Is the Ionic showing in your account when you go onto the fitbit app on your phone?
