The fitbit icon is permanently on my phone screen, How I remove it?

Welcome to the forums!

 

If you tap on it it will open up the app where you can check your stats, join challenges etc.

 

Are you saying you do not want the app on your phone? Then remove it like any other app you remove

 

If thats not it please give us more info so we can help better

If possible, please send me a screenshot of what are you seeing on your phone's screen. You can refer to the information that's specified on this post for instructions of how to attach an image into your post.
