I’ve noticed today that my Fitbit ionic is not monitoring steps and heart rate. 
it was fine before today and I can’t see what’s wrong with it, is there any quick fixes or resets?

The same thing happened to my ionic. Support told me it was one of those things and that I’m out of warranty there was nothing they could do.
