I have been to every forum, every YouTube video, I have tried changing face clocks, hard reset, soft reset, factory reset, numerous times, nothing has worked, a year old in about a month... 

 

What a frustrating experience... honestly can’t say I would recommend the brand at this point, loading music is hard, syncing is moody, now this... no tracking of heart rate or steps, I am so annoyed... I spent a good two days trying to resolve this....
