Hi. I have been successfully using Ionic to make paywave purchases at participating retail stores. Aund April it stopped working. I think some errors were due to the paywave system being down. I've since re-registered and received all the necessary confirmations from my bank that the Ionic is authorised. But I have issues at **ahem** when I pay, and get the message" please insert card".
I'd prefer not to do a total reset. I've reset wallet, but to no avail.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. I would like you to confirm that you did this procedure to set Fitbit Pay in your Ionic. If you did but you're still experiencing issues, please restart your Ionic and try again.

Hi Silvia Fitbit. Sorry for the long delay. I have restarted my watch and still experience a total crash and restart from the watch when I launch wallet.
