Fitbit screen and buttons issue

Fitbit Ionic worked fine until this morning. This morning I connected my ionic to a recharger and the screen lit up the message that my ionic had 0% batterylife.

This was the last thing i saw on the screen since charging this morning.

The fitbit registers everything and syncs to my phone, but the screen won't work. I tried restart and factory reset using the buttons while connected by cable to my computer, but no succes.

As I can't check anything on the screen, I don't know in what state my fitbit is right now.

Is there any way I can reset other than the buttoncombo?

Hi @Flux0r.

The only way to perform a factory reset would be via the settings menu on your Ionic or the button combo below if your screen isn't working.

On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This will trigger the 2-button hardware restart after about eight seconds.

- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, whilst continuing to hold the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.

- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.

- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.
