Fitbit seems to be completely dead

My Fitbit died on the 6th of June. I've had to reset the device a couple times in the past to recover from the blank screen. This time however, I have had no luck in getting the device to recover. I've attempted to charge it but see no charging screen, I've attempted to get it to sync and change watch face through the app. I've go nothing, I'm asking  for suggestions but short of trying to find the support information I feel like I've exhausted my options.
