Fitbit states "NOT CHARGING" "Not enough Power directed from this Source" from every charger I use

My Fitbit is incredibly slow to charge, it takes 3 hours to add a charge of 40%

I have tried both the supplied cable and two different charging cradles (third party charging cradles).

I have combined these with my laptop, an Apple USB charger, a Third party USB charger and a Reputable Power box (this forum stopped me mentioning the brand - wow) that has two USB chargers on it.

I always get the screen message

NOT CHARGING (in red and bigger font)

Not enough power

from this source

OK (button at end of message to clear the screen message)

And YES........ I clean the contacts

This is my fourth model, over the last 4 years, of Fitbit and this particular Fitbit is only 3 months old, so I am a bit familiar with them.

I assume you have tried restarting the Ionic several times? If not, give it a go, but if that doesnt help Id suggest you contact Support (link in my signature)

Restart your tracker

Thanks for the suggestions folks

I have re started it a few times by going to Settings and the "About" menu.

After searching and reading a few other solutions here I just did a factory re set .....that,s been a bit of a failure though -----  Not working now that I have factory reset it, LOL -------- so frustrating, cant log it onto my App but working on it as we speak.
