My fitbit screen has switched off. I thought maybe the battery was so low that I just needed to charge. But I charged all night and nothing happened. The ionic is new since Feb 2019.

@KathAnt A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

I'm aware that you left your Ionic charging overnight but it didn't charge, therefore I would like you to try the extra tips mentioned in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
