Fitbit tracking data, screen is blank.

I traveled on a lazy river at a water park in Six Flags a week ago. Within a few hours my screen started getting "fuzzy" then the next day went blank. It lights up, but there's nothing on the screen. I am still getting all of my data (steps, stairs, sleep, HR, Cal, etc) via the phone app. I allowed it to die then recharged it, but that didn't work. The screen is still blank.

I thought these Ionics were good to go up to 50'. I was in a lazy river, with my hands above water the majority of the time, and the screen went blank. I've followed some of the guidance within this forum for restarting it. That has not worked. Screen is still blank.

What am I to do?

A warm welcome to the Community @Antwan68. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with your Ionic.

I appreciate the troubleshooting followed and the research done prior posting. Since, your display isn't working and you've already restarted it. I've shared your post with our Support team, they will continue assisting you and providing you with options.

Regarding your inquiry about you Ionic's water resistance, it is swim-proof in lake, pool or ocean up to 50 meters.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.
