Fitbit watches are not reliable

I bought the Blaze about a year and a half ago. Just after the watch warranty ran out, it stopped communicating with my phone. I tried all the fixes and still could not get it to connect. Luckily I had a store warranty and I replaced it with the IONIC. Wonderful watch - it worked for 13 months. Now, it won't even turn on. Tried everything I could think of and took really good care of the watch. Seems like I am going to have to turn to a more reliable brand since I stupidly forgot to purchase a store warranty with this one. Shame, because I really enjoyed the Fitbit tracking software and community.
