I installed the Fitbit weather app and selected Farenheit on my Ionic. But, the tracker is still showing Celsius. How can I get it to shoe Farenheit? Is there a way to turn the tracker off and back into see if they helps?

Some things that might help:

Did you sync the device after you changed to Fahrenheit?  Is all day sync turned on?

 

You asked how to restart the device:

To restart your watch, press and hold the back and bottom buttons for a few
seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.

I would look into settings for the weather app you installed.
