Fitbit won’t connect to wifi

I am trying to set up my Fitbit. Firstly it is my second Fitbit, the first one died after I had a spa in Berlin. So I have to use my work email, because I had already used my personal email- which is annoying because surely Fitbit can foresee a time when someone purchases another Fitbit.

Then it just wont connect to my wifi or use my blue tooth. What do I do. I keep trying and trying. So I am regretting going with Fitbit again- personally I used to swim with it so I don’t know why it didn’t survive a spa.

You should be able to use the same email. I've had at least 8 different fitbits under the same email. I started off with a charge and have worked myself up to an Ionic. Usually upgrading or losing them along the way. I've used the same email for all of them all you have to do is make sure you delete the last one off of your fitbit account.
