Fitbit won't dowload to Strava

None of my GPS Fitbit activities are downloading to Strava.

I have revoked access, logged out of both accounts on the app, turned off blue tooth on my phone, deleted both apps, turned my Ionic off, updated to most up to date software version on my Iphone, turned my phone off.

The re-added access and did this on a computer.

Still no luck! Any advice is very welcome.

Also Interval workouts via GPS do not upload to Strava before all of the above issues started, and after liaising with both Fitbit & Strava several times they both claim the issue is with the other, so there was no resolution for the interval workouts. Very frustrating as this is why I bought a Fitbit in the first place!

I have the same issue. Was working perfectly up until last week!

Me too. Have been onto both fitbit and strava to try and resolve. Have tried all the same things as yourself but no luck. Strava say fitbit are responsible for pushing and pulling data from strava. Fitbit say the have tried everything they can and to contact the app developer. Guess who that is. FITBIT 🥵. Totally disillusioned with the whole fitbit experience wish I had went with Garmin

Very frustrating.According to Strava fitbit are responsible for the site that shares the info between both apps but after trying everything I was told to do by both app help centres fitbit told me to contact the app developer. As far as I can tell it is fitbit 🥵

Same here.stopped for me on the 28th

however my wife with a charge 4 it is still syncing. I think I may have had an update on my ionic right at that time.

Contacted fitbit support. They told me to contact strava. Strava were helpful and let me know that no data was being pushed to my account from Fitbit and the problem is on fitbits side.

I tried manually exporting from fitbit to strava and that worked, however, doing that every run is not really feasible as it has to be done on a pc cant really be done from a phone

Found a lot longer thread about it. looks like it is not just ionic

Looking good. Working today but tried it out on a walk around the building and synced straight away. Hopefully sorted 👍

Did you track it using the Fitbit golf exercise? Finding my bike ride synced but my golf didn’t.
