Fitstar and coach on ionic

Has anyone used fitstar on ionic? Understand that there will be 3 preexisting workouts and 1 customized workout. How does the customized workout work? What is the duration of the customized workout and how often is the workout updated? Thanks!

As of right now I have 3 workouts preloaded on my Ionic. 10-minute abs; 7-minute workout, and Treasure Chest.

I used it just for kicks the other day. They don't last long in duration....I think 20 min. is the longest one. I'm not sure how often they're updated but they show you the videos on your watch and have the timer there too. Since I don't condition too much, I think it may be more helpful to do it on the phone app but that's just me.
