Fix the Ionic and your poor customer service

My Ionic died just under two years after purchase.  It has a well documented problem - it's stuck in a bootloop.  This is caused by faulty design and not by anything I have done. When I have approached customer service they have not answered specific questions I have about the bootloop issue - it's all canned, evasive answers.

I have an ionic watch about 18 months and after the firmware update my watch went dead. I have an iPhone And there was a note that if I had a iPhone that was currently updated they have a problem. With that assumption I called customer service figuring they would tell me the solution very easily. Instead they gave me a few things to try and after they all failed They effectively said tough luck and gave me a 25% discount on buying another one. I don’t know how they stay in business with such poor relations and a poor product

I was really disappointed too.  They won't even answer my questions directly.  It's mostly canned responses.

This issue that I have is well-known, and they take no responsibility for it, nor can they fix it.  Offering 25% off so that I can spend my own money on a product I know is defective makes no sense.

Maybe it’s planned obsolescence so then increase sales. It’s such a great product but such poor service and warranty
