Ok, I done the 3 peaks Yorkshire challenge yesterday and my fitbit ran out ! I Know I am most annoyed. It was fully charged and as the gps was running the route it ran out of power.
Now, I have worked out my remaining steps and time and added them on to my dashboard but the rest of my floors which was around the 525 mark cant get added on.
Also as this has happened I haven't yet received all the badges due with the steps in one day and without the floors being added i cant get the badges due to me for the floors.
I am also in the weekend warrior challenge and this hasnt updated with the added steps I have put on.
Is there anything that can be done here to resolve these issues. I will not be doing the 3 Peak Challenge again, so that answer is out of the question lol TYIA
Thank you Wendy

Ok so I don't have all the answers to your questions, but I did find out why your challenges may not be updating. Is it possible that you manually added the steps? If you did, according to this article, manually added steps won't count towards Fitbit challenges.
I don't know anything in regards to the floors, but I would be curious to find out!

Floor count is not just a simple change in altitude, but a 10 pm ncrease in height over a specific period of time. Unfortunately we do not know the maximum time the 10 feet climb needs to be done in.
