Fog on my screen appeared yesterday, tried rebooting & factory reset, still no change and cannot see the data. Anybody have the same problem?

Sounds as if you got water in the watch.
Has it been in contact with water (washing hands, swimmig etc)?
In that case, it is certainly a case to return for replacement.

I would think you have to contact your reseller for that.
Just make a photo of the problem, and mail/call the reseller and ask for replacement.
But it is up to the reseller how their procedure is.
