Forgotten all log in details

Hi all. We have forgotten ALL the log in details for our daughters Fitbit account and want to set it up on her new phone. Any advice on how we can get into the account? Have tried all the usual emails we use and can’t get in or get a password reset email to come through.

Ah @Numpty101  I know how that can be. Unfortunately, there isn't much to be done if you can't log in. How much history does she have? It might be less stressful if you just set her up with a new email address and Fitbit account. Her stats would begin again, but at least you'd be able to get her started.

You might have to reach out to the email provider to see if they can get you back in (which is where I assume the recovery link would be)
