Full charge?

I'm very happy with my Ionic (having previously owned a Blaze and a Charge HR). The only issue is that it will never fully charge. No matter how long I keep it plugged in, the charge will never go above 96% (or occasionally 97%). Not a big gap from 100%, but I wonder if this is happening to anyone else, and whether I should be concerned about the battery?

Mine has always charged fully to 100%. If you haven't already done so, first restart the Ionic (Press and hold the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs). If that doesn't work, I would probably let it run all the way down until it turns off and then try giving it a full charge. Another thing you might want to do is try using a different USB wall plug.

If that restart doesn't do the trick, you can also try a full factory reset

Curious @samuraiwil if that resolved your issue? I've been having the same issue here - lately it only charges to 96, 98, or 99% - I can't get it back to a full 100%.

So does charging from a wall plug, as opposed to off a laptop, make a difference? Or was it draining the Ionic to 0% (letting it shut down) and then recharging it that resolved?

Trying to avoid a full factory reset but likely that'd be the next step. Just curious what your experience was.

Ive only had my ionic for 5 months and my watch will not keep the charge. Its really annoying as i payed  £300 for it. I had similar problems with the blaze that totaly died in six months. Im not buying these watches anymore.
