Fully charged ionic died

Yesterday (11/30/20) my fully charged Ionic went black. It responds to none of the usual fixes like restarting and factory reset.there has been no steps or other data recorded on the app since yesterday before it died. I tried to change the cIockface and that circle is still spinning now on the with no response. When I plug it in there is no response. I’m extremely disappointed as I just purchased this Ionic in July, 2020 after my last ionic failed. I know that I’m still under warranty, and I even purchased the extended warranty, but this is so inconvenient and frustrating!! Fitbit needs to address this years old problem! I’ve read hundreds of posts just like mine. I really had hoped that this new Ionic purchased just 6 MONTHS ago would have had all the old issues resolved. Total frustration!

@crazyjaney, if you have not already done so, contact Fitbit Support about this issue.  Click on the Help link on the bottom of this page, then select Get Support.
