Ionic isn't vibrating

I have no vibration on my Ionic.

Done all the suggested steps read on the fitbit community. Resets, both soft and facric. Switched to old watch face. Updated. Deleted the app and the clock and so on..

Happened to me too! No help from FITBIT. Very disappointed!

You care barely feel it vibrating. I restarted, factory reset, and unpaired/repaired my ionic. I called customer service and they could only offer me 35 percent off. Its sad especially since my warranty was over a month. Then I tried to purchase something with the percentage off and it would not let me. I have always had fitbits but this will be the last one. Do you have any other suggestions?

The options provided by our Support team are based in the Fitbit Warranty. If you have any questions about the option provided you may want to contact them back for further information. Also, since you have an open case with them please contact them again with as many details as you can about the discount that can't be applied.
