The GPS on my Ionic will not connect, it simply keeps saying 'searching'.  Fitbit have sent out a replacement Ionic and this is doing exactly the same thing!  The firmware is 27.33.1.30, is this firmware faulty, is there a later version?  Does anyone know hot to solve this issue?

I appreciate that you shared the firmware version that you have. Can you confirm that you've tried the troubleshooting mentioned in this article: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? . 

 

Also, can you let me know which device are you using?
