This morning I did a parkrun and as usual I recorded my run on my ionic watch. I synced my watch with the fitbit app on my phone following the run and no GPS data appears to have transferred to the app (GPS was working on the watch throughout the run). The only data for the run appearing on the app is my average heart rate and distance ran. No map is visible. If I click on the run it will give me my splits for each kilometre but it has repeatedly imported them so lists 1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5.
This is the first time I have used the fitbit app on an android device, I have just switched over from ios. Is this a known problem with fitbit and android? Anyone got any solutions?

At this moment, we don't have more information about the Android platform having issues when syncing GPS activities. This should be working in the say way that iOS platform.
Here you will find some recommendations when using GPS tracking:
Also take in count that if your using your Ionic GPS, you need to see if it is connecting properly. If the GPS signal is lost, rest assured that your Fitbit tracker or phone continually will search for a GPS signal as long as the exercise is in progress. You might have to take in count that the environment you are in can affect the signal strength of GPS.
It may take your Ionic tracker several seconds to get a fix. For best results, wait for your Fitbit to find the signal before you start your workout.
