Reading more and more people haveing same issues...appears consistent with the Fitbit products. Considered to by the Sense upcoming week but lot of issues if you start reading and see more people move to either Garmin or Polar. After almost a decade of using Fitbit devices will follow your lead.
No flame but seriously would raise this at your board level and start listening to your users as I though I was one of few to 'leave the ship'. Looking at market share 2014: 40% to nowadays 3% is quite an achievement
