I don't know if I have the most recent app on my phone. It recognized the Ionic but I feel like I am missing options in the settings. I have uninstalled and reinstalled as well. Can someone confirm what the most recent app version is?

@tweety76, if you are not seeing it, you need to go into the app Device Settings for the Ionic, select Exercise Shortcuts, and add it. Then sync the tracker.
BTW, you should edit your post and remove your personal information from it.

Hi I have galaxy s7. When I bought the fitbit ionic and synced to my phone I only got my steps count and calories burnt. It took 4 days to give me all my workout data and also my sleep stats. Like you I thought it was my old fitbit app. I too uninstalled and then installed again. I was very frustrated and on the verge of taking it back to the store. Then on the fourth day I got a fitbit notification on my phone saying my days workout stats are up. Since then it's been syncing alright. What I have noticed though that it is not giving me an accurate steps count compared to my fitbit one. I do love my ionic now!! Love to see my heart rate when I get on the treadmill and also my other workout stats.
Hope you get your ionic sorted soon.
