Gost alarm on Ionic

At 1:40 pm an alarm goes off it is not one I set. How do I find out where it is. It is not in the alarm icon

Hi there @Mommabear64, thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. I'll be glad to help you to manage the alarms on your Ionic. 

 

I recommend deleting all alarms and after that you can create new ones. For more information, see: How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?
