HUAWEI Mate 10 Pro compatibility

Hi Fitbit, I love the look of the Ionic and it's interface. However all of this is useless if it will not sync to my phone to allow me to see my stats. I cannot sync with my Huawei Mate 10 Pro and support tell me that that is because the phone is "not compatible". This is difficult to understand given the standard Android OS, however this is a popular phone. Can you fix this please, the latest firmware update did nothing to improve this issue.

Unfortunately @Allymac1971 Android isn’t “standard” across all phones. There are too many different spins put on it by the different phone manufacturers, all trying to make their version better. As such, whilst a particular phone not on the supported list might work, there is no guarantee, just because it’s “Android” that it will.

Hi, it is better. Generally works but sometimes I need to unpair and then
pair the want h to my phone again. The problem is that I love the watch so
I have kind of got use to it.

Yeah, mine "works" I suppose.  However, notifications to the watch are hit and miss. Also, when manually syncing the watch through the app on the phone, the watch face turns off until syncing is finished (can last a couple of minutes).  Strange behavior as it doesn't do this on my Samsung phone.  So, it seems to "work" but is definitely buggy...
