fitbit ionic touch screen not working

My touch screen is not working, it does display the time but I am unable to swipe to see my heart rate, steps, or calorie burn. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Do a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Thanks for the tip but I restarted it ten times and still no love. Do you know if this is a common problem?
