Headache while wearing Ionic

I'm also experiencing severe headache every time I wear my fitbit ionic. When I take it off it disappears.

Nice to see you here @MICHELLEDA! Thanks for sharing your experience with your Fitbit Ionic. If you are still experiencing a discomfort with your Ionic, please stop wearing it. Also, if you haven't done so, take a look at the Wear & Care page for extra tips. 

 

To further assist you, I've created a Support case on your behalf - you should receive an email from Customer Support at the email you used to register with the Community forums.

 ! had this too in the past, it was really bad, strong pain in the head. Found out it was cause by the EMF RS radiation of the bluethooth. Today I only use my new apple watch with airplane mode. Never bluethoot.
