Heart Rate Sensor No Longer Working

Iconic no longer reading heart rate.  I have shutdown/restart.  I have plugged back in/out of charger.  I have checked settings to make sure heart rate is “on”. None of these steps are fixing the issue.

Mine too. seemed to start acting up after the last update.  the on-line support team is denying there is an issue, and offering the standard 25% discount off thier site instead of recognizing the issue
