Iconic no longer reading heart rate. I have shutdown/restart. I have plugged back in/out of charger. I have checked settings to make sure heart rate is “on”. None of these steps are fixing the issue.

I have the same issue. It has no green light and I am currently in bed watching YouTube.. it randomly says I have a bpm of 172

I'm getting this to have done the reset etc. green light seems to pulsing correctly (if that's part of it) but not getting a pulse. #walkingdead ??

Mine too. seemed to start acting up after the last update. the on-line support team is denying there is an issue, and offering the standard 25% discount off thier site instead of recognizing the issue

I am having same issues, screen is no longer visible as of late tonight.
was there an update as of late?
i have been with Fitbit for nearly 7 years now but I am growing tired of buying a new watch every 2 years

Click the gear icon in the top right corner, then select Settings.
Under Devices > Heart Rate, make sure it's set to Auto.
