Heart Rate Sensor Resolved for Ionic

So i was looking at all the forums all the questions and it seemed odd to me that this was going on.... one thing i noticed on mine is that my HR sensor will stay on when useing clocks not made by fitbit BUT if you go to the todays stats and you have your watch off your skin it dosent show a pulse which led me to think it was the clock faces them selves.

I switched the clock face to a fitbit clock face and problem resolved HR dosent show if not on skin!!!

Pass the word around!!

Also dont try useing pay for clocks the 24 hour trials will make your sensor go nuts for some reason.

@Nhrodriguez It's great to see you in the Fitbit forums! Thank you very much for sharing this valuable information and your experience regarding the heart rate sensor and readings on Ionic with certain clock faces.

Fitbit clock faces work very well with all Ionic features. It is possible that some third party ones will not, but there are other that will. Thanks for sharing this info. I'm sure this will be very helpful and beneficial for a lot of users.

Also, take a look at the Discussions Board as you will find a lot of interesting things there. Feel free to post on any thread you want. If you are looking for Fitbit friends to compete with on challenges, check this thread to add some!

See you around! Smiley Happy
