Hi there,
I have the fitbit ionic and yesterday I found out that the heart rate and step sensor is not working and I tried turning off and on back again the heart rate sensor in the settings, restarting it and shutting it down and starting back again and still did not working.
I don't know what is the problem with my tracker. Can anyone help me with this issue.

@Delma43085 with the Ionic under a recall, why not go ahead and check out the information I posted above? Fitbit is reimbursing people for their devices.
