I’ve owned an Ionic since the dropped and have always loved it. I’ve never had my watch drop heart rate sensing(or give me any problems whatsoever) in all the time I’ve owned it until a few months ago. Around mid 2019 it would start dropping heart rate intermittently throughout the day, seemingly more often when working out. It drops every few minutes taking a minute or 2 to re engage. I assumed that maybe my Ionic was failing since it was getting old so I purchased a brand new Ionic. Low and behold, my new Ionic is experiencing the exact same issues to the T. I’ve browsed the forum and read all responses I could find and tried all things mentioned from different resets, repairing the device, changing wrist positioning, etc etc. Is this a known issue? Maybe a firmware problem? Has anyone else experienced this and found a working solution? It’s starting to become highly frustrating for me, especially since I had 2 years of pretty much perfect use out of my original Ionic(and May years of other fitbits) before experiencing this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Using IPhone X with up to date firmware on all devices.
