Heart rate spike while sleeping

Hello,

I have been wearing my Ionic daily since I purchased in early January.  Had a Charge 2 before that for about a year, so I a familiar with the product.

No changes to how I wear, bands, etc.   Over the last 7 to 10 days I am getting HR spikes of 180 to 190 for a 10 or 15 minute period while in bed or sleeping.  These are obviously not correct, but my concern is that it is indicator the the product is starting to get flaky and in decline.  It has happened on 3 different occasions in this time frame.

I have reset as well.

Thank you.

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for sharing your experience with Ionic's heart rate readings.

Are you still experiencing the same? How are you wearing it? Check this article for details on heart rate readings.

Have you downloaded the new firmware version on Ionic? If done, did the readings got any better?

@supersmart01234 I hope you're doing well! To see heart rate readings you can go to the "Resting Heart Rate" tile on. You will be able to see each days HR graph for details.

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
