Heart rate zones not enough data

Dear all,

The app for the heart zone is not working! I can see the result om the webpage, but not in the app. I tried repair the fitbit, check that the heart rate is on the fitbit. 

Nothing is working!

It's odd that you're not able to see your heart rate zones in the Fitbit app. Thanks for checking the Fitbit.com dashboard instead and for trying to pair again your Ionic with your syncing device. I'd like to have more details about it. Would you mind uploading an screenshot of what you can see from your end.

 

In the meantime, you can check if your phone/tablet and Fitbit app are up to date. What model of phone/tablet are you using?
