Hi,
I seem to be mainly working in the fat burn and cardio intensity levels. I want to increase my workout intensity and work more in the high intensity zones. Is there a Fitbit app that helps with tracking this. Is there any help with what my heart rate high intensity zone is and how long I need to maintain it in there?
