Hi there,

I'm sure this calculation is incorrect or is it just my bad grasp of simple maths ;

Your highlight covers the critical part, and I can't find where this is from.  Was in on phone app, or in help section?  If in Help, link so I can read it?

Hi Johnny,

 

I got to this page from the Fitbit app on my phone by going to

  • Today
  • Heartbeat
  • Personal Heart rate Zones - Learn More
  • At the bottom of that page where is says “What is heart rate reserve”
