Hi,
After I updated my ICONIC to the latest iOS as suggested by the Fitbit App, my heartbeat sensor stopped working. How can I restart it? Can I reset it? Can I diagnose it?

Swipe left on the watch face to get into the app menu, scroll to settings icon. It’s in there.

Try restarting your Ionic several times and check that Heart Rate is turned on the the Settings app on your Ionic. Let us know how you go

Where in the App do I need to turn on heart rate? I dont seem to see that option in my App?

cannot connect to fitbit cannot change clock face never get a connection has just started recently
