Help gps not working ionoc

The past week my GPS on my ionic won't work. I want to go on a run outside and it just keeps saying connecting. GPS is on but it still won't connect how do I get this to work. I have tried everything I could think of but nothing works. Has to be a issue with the filmware but not sure.

Hi, @kevinz821,I can't say that I have experienced this, but a usual first step when you are having issues is to give your Fitbit a restart.  It is usually a good idea to repeat the procedure at least two or three ti es, as a first restartvdoes not always work.

A restart will close down any background activities that may be causing your Fitbit to behave in unexpected ways.

I have tired this by pressing the left button and the bottom right button until the fitbit logo pops up. Still doesn't work
