Ionic rarely syncs and cannot find update. Try always sync and sync now. Makes no difference. When I try updates it just searches for device. Any suggestions? Been like this since purchase 6 months ago

the updates just make it worse , thats when mine started having problems . there has been no resolution from @Fitbit after 7 months

A warm welcome to the Community @Runner0492! It's really weird that your Ionic isn't syncing and getting the updates. I would like you to confirm you've tried the following syncing troubleshoot and that you've tried these steps to get the latest firmware version.
Also, reply to the following questions:
- Are you using a mobile device or computer?
- When did you started having syncing issues?
- Are you getting any error message when trying to update the watch?

- When did you started having syncing issues? sync issues started last september with the update
- Are you getting any error message when trying to update the watch? no error messages .
