Solved: Holding down the one button on the (Left) + (bottom right) button till the Ionic logo appeared.

My watch was working perfectly fine before the update. I just updated about a 1/2 hour ago (3/29/18 5:30pm est) and the update seemed to have worked I even did the little guided tour on the watch but soon after the watch went black and now it will not turn on again.
I've tried plugging it in, pressing random buttons, holding random buttons. Nothing.

Glad you got it working, @photolight! Restarting the tracker often fixes this type problem.
