Hi all.

 

I have Philips Bass+ wireless headphones. My Fitbit Ionic isn't finding the headphones when searching. It's just finding my TV. Any help with this? I'm thinking that the headphones aren't going to be compatible but I only bought them the other week so don't want to buy anymore.

@amyvictoria, are you putting the headphones in Pairing mode while telling the Ionic to add them? This will force the headphones to advertise themselves so the Ionic can see them.

Yea I am doing. My phone can still pick them up. I turned off my phone's Bluetooth so it wouldn't interfere but my fitbit still didn't find them.
